When rebuilding any starter, alternator or motor we first test to see possible cause of failure. Then completely disassemble every unit to allow us to discard worn components. Brushes, bushings, bearings, etc.  Major components are then visually and electrically tested to assure quality. Housings are glass beaded , shot blasted and painted to prevent corrosion creating a professional appearance. Internal components are cleaned and inspected again. Windings are varnished while rotors and armatures are turned, and polished assuring integrity and like new performance. This will be the foundation of your unit.

Reassembling these parts along with our hand picked quality replacement parts, returns this unit back to original performance. Each finished unit is then tested again. Starters are tested for Rotation, Amp draw, and Engagement while our Alternators are bench tested on our variable speed load tester to assure low turn on speed, regulator functions, as well as maximum amperage output.
